She told police the two had been at a party near the 6500 block of Charlotte Pike, and when she found out that her boyfriend, Raleigh Beougher, was still actively using drugs she told him she was leaving. She says Raleigh then grabbed her by the arm, pulled her to him, and pushed her on the ground, where he stomped her face with his foot. He was wearing green shoes, which left a green residue on her face and arms, police noted in an arrest warrant for Beougher. She also had bloody fingers with a fingernail ripped off, and a cut on her chin, per the report. The victim stated several people had to pull Raleigh off her to stop the assault.

After the assault, the victim and Raleigh left the party and agreed to get an Uber back home to the West Nashville home, with Raleigh promising “get in, I won’t touch you”, per the victim’s statement. During the ride, an argument ensued, and the victim says she attempted to call 911 twice, however, Raleigh grabbed her the phone from her, and still had it in his possession when police arrived. Once the couple arrived home, Raleigh’s Mother, and wife of Randy Travis, Mary Davis, is alleged to have told the victim to apologize for making a scene. A publicist for Travis confirms the statement made by Mary Davis but says it was to both the victim and her son, the defendant.

The victim told Randy Travis’ wife she would not apologize and was getting her belonging and calling the police, however, Raleigh is then said to have blocked the door each time she attempted to escape the house. She finally escaped and jumped the small fence, at which time she says Raleigh pulled her back over the fence. After a struggle, she finally made it to the neighbor’s house, who had already called the police. The victim said some of the assault had been captured by the Ring doorbell on the home, however, when police went to the door, it was obvious the Ring Doorbell Camera had been removed with any evidence that was on it.

Raleigh Davis Beougher is charged with domestic assault with bodily injury, false imprisonment, and vandalism. He is free on an $8,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court in November. While these are his first charges in Nashville, Beougher as a lengthy criminal history in multiple other jurisdictions. Shortly after Beougher was released from the 12-hour domestic violence hold, both parties posted to their Instagram accounts. Officers made contact with the victim, who stated she will prosecute. Per the victim, her and her boyfriend, the defendant, were at a party near 6500 Charlotte Pike in Nashville Davidson County. The victim is unable at this time to provide an exact address due to the defendant having her phone, but it did for sure happen in Davidson County. The victim stated she found out that the defendant was still actively using drugs, so she told the defendant she was leaving. This was when the defendant grabbed the victim by the arm and pulled her back towards him. The defendant proceeded to push the victim to the ground several times, kicking her in the head and arm. The victim stated the defendant was wearing green shoes, and the victim does have a green residue on her face and arms, and also one of her fingernails is ripped off and bloody and another is ripped and she has a cut on her chin. The victim stated several people had to pull the defendant off of her, but all these people left the scene quickly. At this point, the defendant and victim walked outside and got in an uber. Per the victim, the defendant told her "get in, I won't touch you". During the uber ride, an argument began. The victim stated she dialed 911 twice, but the defendant grabbed her phone out of her hands. ECC received no active calls from the victim's phone number because the defendant grabbed the victim's phone out of her hand so fast. Once the victim and defendant arrived home, the victim and defendant went inside and the defendant's mother told the victim to apologize for making a scene. The victim stated she was not going to apologize and said she was getting her belongings and calling the police, so she proceeded to go out the front door, but the defendant slammed the door and did not let her leave, so she tried the back door and the defendant did the same again. The victim managed to get outside and jump the small fence in the front, but the defendant pulled her back over. The victim managed to get away, without any of her belongings, and get to a neighbors house. Officers attempted to make contact with the defendant but received no answer at the door. The victim stated there is a Ring doorbell at the front door which captured some of the incident, however when officers were knocking it was obvious the ring doorbell had been removed.
