30-year-old Kaefono Antonio Smalls was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail early Friday morning on an outstanding citation for prostitution.

Metro Police booked Kaefono Antonio Smalls on an outstanding citation from Mach of 2017, at which time police say they were in the area of 5th & Oak, which is an area they say is well known for a high volume of male prostitutes. Detectives say Kaefono Smalls was loitering in the area, and approached them and agreed to perform ‘manual stimulation’ (aka a ‘handjob’) on one of the male detectives in exchange for $20.

Kaefono Smalls was issued a citation, for which he never appeared. He was booked into Jail at 12:46 a.m. Friday, and is free on pre-trial release.
