The victim, Jimmy, stated that he recognized an acquaintance standing on the sidewalk on South 6th Street when he approached him Jimmy recognized him as Dylan Christopher DeMoss. The victim alleges that Dylan asked him if he was doing anything and they walked over to a black Chevrolet Malibu. Jimmy looked into the Malibu and noticed a gun inside it and backed away. Jimmy went on to say that Dylan had a shotgun and the two told him to empty his pockets; to which he replied that he had nothing. The suspect with the revolver told him that he would shoot him if he didn’t empty his pocket.
