27-year-old Floyd Richard Luke is accused of throwing a glass top table at this grandmother and pushing his grandfather over a railing and off the porch, during an argument at Thanksgiving dinner.
Police say Floyd Luke was in an argument with multiple family members at Thanksgiving dinner, when he reportedly said inappropriate things about other family members and was told to stop. An argument ensued, and he began to behave erratically, according to witnesses. Throughout the course of the argument, he is said to have grabbed a glass top table and threw it at his grandmother. His grandfather attempted to intervene, at which time Floyd Luke reportedly pushed him over a railing and off the porch.
Floyd Richard Luke was charged with domestic assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and vandalism. He is free on a $12,500 bond.
