18-year-old Ethan ‘David’ Fish was charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after self-reporting a fight that involved his younger brother and a stool.
Ethan fish self-reported a fight that occurred on 12/08/19 at his residence between himself and his younger brother. During the altercation, Ethan threw a stool which struck the hand of the victim, causing a laceration.
The injury was confirmed by the victim at Hillwood High School on the day of reporting, 12/09/19. The victim corroborated the defendant’s story. Ethan Fish was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and posted a $5000.00 bond.
