28-year-old Rain Forest Stone is charged with public intoxication after he performed CPR on his girlfriend who was breathing and had a pulse. Officers say he became unruly when they removed him from his girlfriend.
Rain Stone contacted the police on January 11th, to tell them his girlfriend was having a ‘medical emergency’, however they arrived on scene to find him performing CPR on a living, breathing person, with a pulse.
When police attempted to remove Rain from his girlfriend, who he claimed was having a medical emergency, he became verbally aggressive and uttered “stuporous speech”, and became overall unruly. Rain also smelled of alcohol and had to be physically removed from the scene as officers spoke with his girlfriend. Police deemed Rain incapable of ensuring his own safety or making rational decisions due to his level of intoxication. He was then taken into custody and transported to booking.
Rain Stone was charged with public intoxication and has posted a $100.00 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Valentine’s Day. Stone bonded out to a Manassas, Virginia, address
