A 12-ounce bottle of Bud Light Beer was seen in the center cupholder which had a small amount of beer still inside it. Officers also located a small bag of marijuana along with a lid to a soda bottle that had a socket wrench attachment that smelled of marijuana. Landon refused to perform any of the standard field sobriety tasks and was then read the implied consent law but refused to provide a breath sample for testing as well.
