28-year-old Scott Andrew Eisenhower was charged with public intoxication after leaving a bachelor party and being found in a parking garage of the Aertson Apartments on 21st Ave. leaning over a vehicle, too intoxicated to care for himself, and telling police the only phone number he knew was his own.

Officers responded to the Aertson Apartments for an intoxicated person causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers observed Scott Eisenhower in the parking garage leaning over a vehicle. Once contact was made with Scott there was an obvious odor of alcohol coming from his person and he was unsteady on his feet.

Officers asked whether Scott was staying at the apartments or in the hotel. Scott responded that he was attending a bachelor party and could not tell the police where he was staying. Police asked Scott if there was anyone he could call but he stated that he only had his number. Due to Scott’s level of intoxication and his inability to care for himself he was taken into custody because of the risk he posed to himself and others. Scott was then transported without incident to booking.

Scott Eisenhower was charged with public intoxication, which was dismissed after he sobered up and was released from custody.
