EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: 18-year-old Caleb Ols was charged with theft of a vehicle under $2500.00, evading arrest, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after being seen in a stolen vehicle by Metro Nashville Police and attempting to flee.
Officers of the B-shift flex unit found a stolen Hyundai Sonata on Tulip Grove Road. While watching the vehicle officers observed Caleb Ols along with his co-defendant get into the vehicle and start it. Officers then surrounded the vehicle and blocked it in forcing the two suspects to flee on foot.
Officers ordered them to stop in order to place them under arrest but neither of them complied. Caleb continued to evade officers despite being given multiple commands but was eventually apprehended without incident. Caleb’s co-defendant is only 15-year-old. Caleb was taken into custody and transported to booking.
