22-year-old Tiana Hervey was booked on an outstanding warrant for domestic assault after she is alleged to have assaulted her girlfriend in front of her girlfriend’s grandmother because her girlfriend would not provide the passcode to her phone

On 12/30/19 police responded to a domestic disturbance call on Magnolia Boulevard. Upon arriving, police witnessed Tiana Hervey leaving the location. Police then made contact with the victim, Tiffany Crawford, who told police that Tiana had assaulted her during an argument. The argument began because Tiffany would not give Tiana the passcode to her phone.

Tiana hit Tiffany when she began ignoring her requests for her phone and passcode. Tiffany’s grandmother EarnestJean corroborated Tiffany’s story stating that Tiana started arguing with Tiffany and then hit her and they both began fighting. Due to Tiana fleeing the scene and EarnestJean’s witness statement it was deemed probable that Tiana was the primary aggressor during the altercation with her girlfriend Tiffany.

A warrant was issued for Tiana Hervey, 22, charging her with domestic assault. She was booked on the outstanding warrant on January 8th and is free on a $1,500.00 bond.
