18-year-old Danielle Johnson is charged with domestic assault after she pepper-sprayed her boyfriend in a Waffle House during an argument.
Metro Nashville Police responded to a Waffle House on Murfreesboro Pike, in regard to a domestic disturbance, where they made contact with Kaleb Elliot, the victim. Kaleb stated that he and his girlfriend, Danielle Johnson, were involved in an argument while driving from Murfreesboro to Antioch. Kaleb then got out of the vehicle across from Waffle House and walked inside to get away from the argument. While he was sitting down inside Waffle House Danielle came in and began berating him.
An arrest report alleges she tried striking Kaleb when he tried to leave. Kaleb stated that was when Danielle took out her pepper spray and sprayed him in the eyes with it. According to the report, Danielle then sat in her vehicle across the street from Waffle House while Kaleb stayed inside the location. Witnesses at Waffle House corroborated Kaleb’s account of the incident and Danielle was determined to be the primary aggressor. She was taken into custody and transported to booking without incident.

Danielle Johnson was arrested for domestic assault and has posted a $1000.00 bond.
