53-year-old Reginald Williamson was charged with 3 counts of rape of a child under 13-years-old after a recorded controlled phone call between him and the victim’s mother was conducted and he admitted to committing the atrocious acts.
The victim, identified as A.B., stated that she lives with her mother and stepfather, Reginald Williamson. A.B. reported to officers that about a month before her 12th birthday Reginald began sexually assaulting her. The assaults began with digital penetration of her vagina with his fingers, which occurred on multiple occasions according to the affidavit. This lead to Reginald performing oral sex on the victim numerous times, and eventually penile/vaginal penetration many times after that.
On January 15th, an audio recorded controlled phone call was conducted between the victim’s mother and Reginald while at MNPD Headquarters. During the phone call, Reginald admitted to performing oral sex on A.B., and digitally penetrating her twice. Reginald has been a part of A.B.’s life for around 5 years and all of the assaults happened at the home.
Reginald Williamson was arrested and charged with 3 counts of Rape of a Child. His bond was set at $225,000.
