24-year-old Claire Marie Conway is charged with vandalism after she witnessed her boyfriend on Broadway with another woman and later went to his apartment, where he was still with the other woman and drenched his bed and floor with the contents of a wine bottle from the apartment.

Metro Police responded to 818 19th Ave South at 3:50 a.m. Sunday morning to a report of a domestic disturbance. As soon as he answered the door, Conway realized the other woman was also in his apartment, and she immediately confronted him. It was at this time the warrant alleges she picked up a bottle le of wine and poured it all over his bed and floor.

The story becomes conflicted on how she exited the apartment after the vandalism. She says that Mr. Lewis grabbed her and threw her out, however, he says that he escorted her out without grabbing her. Without any other evidence, Clair Conway was charged with misdemeanor vandalism and booked into the Metro Nashville Jail. She is free on a $1,500 bond and scheduled to appear in court in March.
