21-year-old Karisma DeLaCruz was charged with possession of marijuana and resisting arrest after stepping out of a stolen vehicle that fled the scene.

On March 24th, officers observed a white Nissan Rogue parked and running in front of a residence on West Richmond Hill Drive. When officers ran the tag through a database the tag was registered to a black Cadillac XTS. The Nissan Rogue matched the description of a recently stolen white Nissan Rogue. A traffic stop was initiated and Karisma DeLaCruz exited the vehicle from the front passenger seat and the vehicle sped away from the scene.
