Officers noted Evan had a smell of alcohol coming from his person, was slurring his speech, and was unsteady on his feet. Officers then determined Evan to be “too intoxicated to care for his own well being and a danger to himself and others”, noting he was making “unnecessary noise” and “creating a hazardous condition that served no legitimate purpose.”

Evan Lenk was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. His bond was set at $1,250.
