22-year-old Kyle Harrison was charged with aggravated assault after attacking a nearby neighbor to the point he lost consciousness.
On March 5th, officers were dispatched to Brookshine Port in reference to an assault. An underage male victim stated he arrived home around 7:30 PM and found Kyle Harrison on his stairs when he entered the front door. The victim then stated he was then attacked by Kyle Harrison for no reason and that Kyle “used his fists and feet to assault him.”
The 14-year-old male victim said he could not recall the entire event because at some point he lost consciousness. Officers observed moderate to severe injuries on him and was transported to Centennial Hospital. The victim also told police that Kyle attempted to force him up the stairs but he was able to get away, then ran out of the front door and made it to a neighbor’s house to wait for the police. Officers located Kyle at the scene and he was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Kyle Harrison was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault. His bond was set at $10,000.
