27-year-old Samuel Garrett was charged with public intoxication after he was escorted out of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar for being aggressive with security.
On March 6th, police observed Samuel Garrett on the rooftop of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar acting aggressively toward security. When officers attempted to escort Samuel from the establishment, he dropped to his knees. Police believe that Samuel’s actions were caused by the amount of alcohol he had recently consumed.
Police stated that Samuel exhibited signs of intoxication such as bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech, and being unsteady on his feet. Samuel was taken into custody after being escorted from the premises.
Samuel Garrett was arrested and charged with public intoxication. The charge was later dismissed.
