27-year-old Lane Hostettler was charged with aggravated burglary after he barged into his ex-girlfriend’s home screaming and recorded her naked with someone else. He forwarded the video to her friends on Instagram.
On March 15th, Madison Gourley called police to 3903 Abbott Martin Road to report a domestic violence incident. According to the affidavit, Madison Gourley said her ex-boyfriend Lane Hostettler intruded that morning through an unlocked door. She and her new partner were sleeping and in the nude. Madison stated Lane tore the covers off of the couple while screeching at her and recording the entire incident.
Lane prohibited her attempts to cover her nakedness, which provoked Madison to scream back at him, finally prompting him to exit the home. After leaving, Lane sent the video he had taken to Madison’s friends via an Instagram message. Madison showed officers the video which corroborated the entire story.
On March 19th, Lane Hostettler was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary. His bond was set at $10,000.
