Man found stumbling with his pants falling in Bridgestone Arena

29-year-old Petr Lavicka was charged with public intoxication after he was found barely able to walk while inside Bridgestone Arena.

On February 29th, Petr Lavicka was stopped because he was staggering through Bridgestone Arena while his pants were falling down. Police stated that he was clearly intoxicated. According to the affidavit, Petr exhibited signs of intoxication such as bloodshot watery eyes and slurred speech, smelled of alcohol, and was unsteady on his feet. Petr was not able to tell officers where he was going or how he was getting there. Officers deemed Petr to be a danger to himself due to his high level of intoxication and was taken into custody for his own safety.

Petr Lavicka was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication. The charge was later dismissed.
