27-year-old Ross Downs was charged with public intoxication after he was involved in a fight at Honky Tonk Central.
On February 23rd, police responded to a fight at Honky Tonk Central. Officers found Ross Downs to be unsteady, with bloodshot watery eyes, and his breath smelled of alcohol. Ross was involved in the altercation but none of the involved parties wished to prosecute.
Police stated that Ross’ safety, as well as that of the public, was at risk due to Ross’ level of intoxication and his level of involvement in the altercation.
Ross Downs was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication. His bond was set at $200.
