Nashville woman charged with scratching boyfriend’s face during an argument

24-year-old Krisia Mejicano Cisneros was charged with domestic assault after scratching her boyfriend’s face during an argument that took place because she did not want him to go hang out with a friend.

On March 22nd, officers responded to a call in reference to a domestic disturbance at 300 Bakertown Road. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Carlos Sebilla, who stated he and Krisia Mejicano Cisneros have been involved in a relationship for 3-4 years and currently live together. Carlos went on to say that he and Krisia had been drinking at their apartment and that he wanted to leave to hang out with a friend.

Carlos said the issues began when Krisia said she did not want him to leave. The argument then escalated and Krisia began scratching his face, per the affidavit. Carlos was able to get Krisia off of him and escaped to another room where he called the police. Carlos had visible injuries to his face and defensive injuries to his arms that corroborated his statement. Krisia was then taken into custody and transported to booking.

Krisia Mejicano Cisneros was arrested and charged with domestic assault and her bond was set at $1,500.
