A search of Keesean Campbell’s person revealed a yellow baggie of a white crystallized substance. Upon questioning, Campbell told officers that the substance was Epsom salt and admitted his intention was to “rip off someone”. The substance was tested and that analysis showed the substance was not methamphetamine. Counterfeit substances are still illegal under the Tennessee Code Annotated 39-17-423.

On March 19th, Keesean was arrested and charged with sell, deliver, or distribute counterfeit controlled substances. His bond was set at $2,500.
