26-year-old Elycia Richmond was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after she cut her ex-boyfriend with a pocket knife during an argument.
On March 17th, police were dispatched to Pizzaville on West Trinity Lane in reference to a domestic dispute. Officers made contact with Jerry Speight, who stated his ex-girlfriend Elycia Richmond cut him with a pocket knife.

Jerry went on to say he and Elycia were involved in a verbal argument that escalated when she pulled out a pocket knife and waved it around while commanding him to back away from her. Jerry also added that when he put his hands up in a defensive motion the blade of the knife cut his finger. Police observed the injury to his finger.
Elycia Richmond was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Her bond was set at $3,500.
