On November 20th, police were dispatched to Cedarmont Circle in reference to a domestic call. Amber, who was the victim of this series of events as well, told police that she and Tatiana had been arguing and she asked Tatiana to leave. Tatiana complied with her request but minutes later, Amber heard a loud knock at the door and knew that it was Tatiana on the other side. Amber refused to answer the door because she did not wish to argue anymore, according to the affidavit. Tatiana then began to kick the door until the door frame broke and the door swung open. Tatiana then re-entered the residence and said she forgot her charger. She grabbed her charger from the bedroom and fled the scene. Amber’s mother also witnessed the events that transpired. Tatiana was not present when officers arrived.

On March 17th, Tatiana Barton was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism. Her bond was set at $26,000.
