Woman charged with vandalism of a business goes back to scare customers

30-year-old Sarah Percell was charged with disorderly conduct after she struck fear into the manager and the customers of the Egyptian Latino Tobacco Market, a location she had recently vandalized.

On March 3rd, officers were dispatched to the Egyptian Latino Tobacco Market on Millwood Drive in reference to a disorderly person. When Officer Ipox arrived, he witnessed Sarah Percell being detained. The officer stated the manager and multiple customers were visibly afraid of Sarah. Sarah was identified as the individual that is currently being investigated for vandalizing the property.

Officer Ipox was shown a video of Sarah damaging the property 2 days prior to this incident. The officer believed these offenses would continue since Sarah is known to frequent the location. In addition, she may not show up to court as she as 4 previous failures to appear within the last year.

Sarah Percell was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Her bond was set at $1,000.
