37-year-old Dymitrick McDonald was charged with disorderly conduct after he was kicked off a Greyhound bus and then blocked traffic by dancing in the middle of a busy street.
On April 16th, officers responded to a call in reference to a disorderly person at the Greyhound Bus Station located at 709 5th Avenue South. According to the affidavit, security staff removed Dymitrik McDonald from the bus and he refused to leave the location.
When officers arrived, they observed Dymitrik yelling, cussing, and causing a scene. Dymitrik was given the opportunity by officers to leave the location and instead, he walked onto the street. When officers warned him to cease blocking traffic, he refused and began dancing in the middle of the street.
Dymitrik McDonald was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was later freed on pre-trial release.
