After their investigation, officers clearly determined Kenneth Brinley to be the primary aggressor, but the victim was unable to prosecute due to his high level of intoxication and was transported to Centennial Hospital. Because Kenneth admitted to consuming “a lot” of alcohol, officers determined him to be a danger to others.

Kenneth Brinley was arrested and charged with public intoxication. The charges were later dismissed.
