25-year-old James Della Croce was charged with four counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor after police received a cyber tip that Twitter users “jdaddyking” and “jdaddyking1” exchanged sexual images of minors with other accounts, per reports.
The Metro Nashville Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit received a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCEMC) cyber tip from Twitter regarding users “jdaddyking” and “jdaddyking1” exchanging sexual images of minors with other Twitter users.
On December 6th, 2019, Twitter user “jdaddyking1” took part in a direct message with another Twitter user and sent a photo of a young girl between 5-7 years of age, with semen on her face being kissed on the mouth by a woman who was stroking an erect penis next to the girl’s face. James followed the photo with a message saying “happy family”.
Also on December 6th, 2019, Twitter user “jdaddyking1” took part in a direct message with a different Twitter user. The other account initiated the conversation by saying “Need a wank fucking horny this morning” and James replied “Mmm me too”. The other account replied with “Love em young and undeveloped”. James replied by asking “How young? I don’t judge”. The other user replied “10”. James then replied by sending a photo of a young girl between 5-7 years of age, with semen on her face being kissed on the mouth by a woman that was stroking an erect penis next to the girl’s face. James then asked the other user “Got any to trade”. According to the affidavit, as the conversation continued they discussed exchanging more photos and videos. The other user then asked James “You got any young videos or links”… “Really young”. James then sent a video of a young nude girl approximately 5-8 years old performing fellatio on an adult male.
On December 8th, 2019, Twitter user “jdaddyking” took part in a direct message with another Twitter user and initiated the conversation by saying “Show me that small cock”… “Pathetic”. According to the affidavit, both users exchanged multiple pornographic pictures that were not child-related until the other user asked “wanna trade girl nudes?”. James replied with “Sure”. Both accounts exchanged more pornographic pictures until James sent the other user a picture of a young girl between 5-7 years of age, with semen on her face being kissed on the mouth by a woman that was stroking an erect penis next to the girl’s face.
On December 9th, 2019, Twitter user “jdaddyking” took part in a direct message with another Twitter user. The other user initiated the conversation by saying “Hi mate, hows u”. James replied by saying “Hard lol”. The other user asked “U into teens then?” and James replied by saying “Yeah” and then asked “How young”… “Age? I’m down fir any”. The other user replied “Me too, younger the better”. James then sent a picture of a young girl between 5-7 years of age, with semen on her face being kissed on the mouth by a woman that was stroking an erect penis next to the girl’s face. The other user replied by saying “Mmmmmm nice”. James then asked “Pics?” in an attempt to continue exchanging images.
During an interview with detectives on March 13th, James Della Croce admitted that “jdaddyking1” and “jdaddyking” were his accounts and he used them to distribute the photo on several occasions with different users on Twitter.
On April 16th, James Della Croce was arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. His bond was set at $100,000.
