38-year-old Lee York was charged with public intoxication after security found her stumbling around on Yellow Roadway Corporation property and had no clue how she got there.
On March 27th, security at the Yellow Roadway Corporation located at 7300 Centennial Boulevard discovered Lee York stumbling around on the property. According to the affidavit, they called police advising that York appeared to be intoxicated.
Officer Hillary Sherman responded and found York to be slurring her speech, very unsteady on her feet, and was oblivious as to how she had arrived on YRC property. Officer Sherman determined York to be unable to care for her own well-being.
Lee York was arrested and charged with public intoxication. The charge was later dismissed.
