Father found at Goodwill tells police he used “ice” with his child in the truck

21-year-old Michael Guthrie was charged with public intoxication after he was reported to police by Thorntons for having a child in his truck and looking to be under the influence of drugs. He was later found at Goodwill to be jittery and admitted to police that he uses “ICE”.

East Nashville men booked for crack and a carjacking in Mt. Juliet

55-year-old Kevin Hudson was charged with possession of crack cocaine, theft of property, and possession of drug paraphernalia after he stole a vehicle in Ashland City and was found three days later at Walmart in Mt. Juliet. 34-year-old Joseph Ferrell, who was found driving said vehicle, was charged with theft of property, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.

25-year-old Zachary Stanfield was charged with driving under the influence, implied consent, and violation of open container law when he struck a pole and was found slumped over when police arrived. He then told officers “I am going nowhere and then somewhere and poof”.

26-year-old Kelsey Bowen was charged with child neglect, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and contraband in a penal institution, and 27-year-old James Burnett was charged with child neglect, possession of heroin with intent, and contraband in a penal institution after officers found them passed out in a hot car with their 4-year-old child in the backseat.
