45-year-old Michael Turley was charged with domestic assault after a 911 call follow-up led police to find Jessica Stark with bruises. She reported to police that he had been abusing her for two weeks.
On May 19th, Metro Nashville Police Department received a 911 hangup call. Officers followed-up on the call at 3112 Oxford Street and found Jessica Stark covered in bruises on her face, shoulder, arms, hands, ribs, and legs. Stark told them that Michael Turley had been abusing her for two weeks.
According to the affidavit, the day of the call, Turley had grabbed her by the wrists, pinned her against a wall, grabbed her by the hair and threw her on the ground just to start kicking her.
Michael Turley was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $3,500.
