30-year-old Real World Atlanta star Clint Wright was charged with domestic assault and 23-year-old spaghetti heiress Annaleah Figaretti was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after Figaretti pulled a pistol, chambered a round, and pointed it at Wright telling him “get these hoes out of here” about girls he had at the apartment she subleased to him. He and the girls showed up at her apartment and attacked her where Wright caused bodily harm to Figaretti.
On May 25th, the timeline of the events that occurred in both of the affidavits is ambiguous. Annaleah Figaretti‘s affidavit accounts for her being charged and states that police arrived at the victim’s, in her case, Clint Wright, apartment that Figaretti subleased to Wright. When police made contact with Wright, he told them that they used to have sex. He also said that he was at the apartment with three girls when Figaretti texted him to tell him that they needed to leave. Later that day she showed up to the apartment and told him to “get these hoes out of here” then brandished a pistol that she racked, and chambered around before pointing at them telling them to leave.

After the threats, she returned to her apartment where police found her with the pistol after she invited them in. Clint Wright‘s affidavit of the events that occurred states that around 7 pm he and the three girls showed up outside Figaretti’s apartment while she was leaving and they were approaching. One of the three females attacked Figaretti and she began to defend herself when Wright threw her to the ground and jumped on top of her. Wright told police that Figaretti beat up one of his female friends and that he never touched her. Police observed injuries to Figaretti’s right hand, right shin, and right knee and determined that the three women and Wright were on one side of the assault whereas it was solely Figaretti on the other side. Clint Wright was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $2,500. Annaleah Figaretti was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Her bond was set at $10,000.
