29-year-old Sean Serakowski was charged with assault on an officer and public intoxication when he was found unresponsive at a Kroger but suddenly awoke and was combative with medics and spit on an officer.
On May 10th, medics and officers were sent to Kroger on Old Hickory Blvd in Hermitage to find the defendant, Sean Serakowski, unresponsive and smelling of alcohol. The medics noticed a medical armband on him and began to evaluate the patient. Amidst the evaluation, Serakowski awoke and became combative with the medics.
He began cursing and spitting at the officers and medics, also aggressively walking towards Officer Taylor. Officer Strickling was the officer that placed him into custody for public intoxication and transferred him to booking. Once at booking Serakowski spit on Officer Strickling while being escorted.
Sean Serakowski was arrested and charged with assault on an officer and public intoxication. His bond was set at $1,600.
