25-year-old Risharra Birdine was placed into custody for an outstanding warrant for a domestic assault from March when police showed up to her house after her vehicle was discovered for being involved in a hit-and-run about an hour prior.

On May 13th, police located a vehicle from a hit and run on Cahal Avenue an hour prior at 1500 Porter Road. Risharra Birdine answered the door when police knocked and stated that she exchanged information with the other driver, then left the scene. When she told police that she had been driving during the accident, police ran her license to find out that it was revoked and that she had an outstanding warrant.
