25-year-old Risharra Birdine was placed into custody for an outstanding warrant for a domestic assault from March when police showed up to her house after her vehicle was discovered for being involved in a hit-and-run about an hour prior.

On May 13th, police located a vehicle from a hit and run on Cahal Avenue an hour prior at 1500 Porter Road.
