46-year-old Jennifer Duncan was charged with domestic assault when she drank heavily and attacked her boyfriend and mother while they were driving home, per report.
On May 11th, around 2:30 am police responded to a domestic dispute between the defendant, Jennifer Duncan, and her boyfriend, Thomas Hamilton. Duncan says that they had been drinking at a party and they got into an argument and refused to tell the police any other details. The victim, Hamilton, agreed by saying it was an argument and not giving any further details. Police noticed scratches along Hamilton’s neck and face.
Hamilton’s mother, the second victim, Sandra Thruman, told police that she picked them up from a party at approximately 9:30 pm. Thruman said that during the drive Duncan became angry and hopped in the front seat with Hamilton and started to attack him. She also said that Duncan attacked her too, while she was driving. After they arrived at home Thruman said that Duncan hit her in the stomach and when Hamilton got in between them she started scratching his face and neck. They all live together in the same house.
Jennifer Duncan was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic assault. Her bond was set at $5,000.
