24-year-old Briana Cooper was charged with driving under the influence, assault, and implied consent after she attacked a woman that asked to move her car because she was parked too close and police later found her to be intoxicated, per report.

On May 19th, Officer Eisenbraun was dispatched to a call of an altercation involving multiple individuals at the Rivergate Lodge, at 808 Wren Road. An additional officer was present when Eisenbraun had arrived on the scene. Tanya Oldham stated to have initiated contact with Briana Cooper, asking to move her vehicle due to parking “two inches from her van’s driver side door,” per the affidavit. Cooper was then accused of attacking Oldham after a brief verbal altercation.

Witnesses claim that Cooper began the brawl, punching Oldham first. After the fight, Cooper was asked to take field sobriety tests. After failing the walk-and-turn, heel-to-toe, and one leg stand tests, Cooper raised her arms in order to keep her balance as well as failed to take the required amount of steps. Officer Eisenbraun advised Cooper to take nine steps, only taking three before having to be reminded of the number of steps. Cooper then refused to submit a blood test.

Briana Cooper was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, assault, and implied consent. She was later freed on pre-trial release.
