50-year-old Louis Lovinggood was charged with domestic assault when his ex told police he grabbed her by the neck, threw her to the floor, drug her outside by the hair, and then kicked her in the back because she flung her drink when he told her about having sex with another woman.
On April 21st, Kristina Levy told officers that she and Louis Lovinggood dated in the past but had been broken up for two months. According to the affidavit, she had gotten upset while drinking a glass of wine because Louis told her of a sexual encounter with another female. She proceeded to throw the remainder of wine out of her glass.
Louis responded by snatching Ms. Levy by the back of her neck, threw her to the floor, drug her by the hair out of his domicile, and then kicked her in her back. Ms. Levy told officers she sustained injuries to her ankle and neck as well as having pain in her back and wrist.
On May 5th, Louis Lovinggood was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $2,000.
