Those are the text messages that landed 43-year-old Nashville Exp Realtor Bethany McGowan in jail on May 15th. That’s when she was booked on the charge, for which an arrest warrant was sworn out on April 9th. McGowan is formally charged with harassment and is free on a $1,000 bond.
