20-year-old Unique Holt was charged with harassment after she sent threats via text message to her ex-boyfriend to include threats to hurt him and vandalize his car. She had been arrested in the past for assaulting him.

On November 29th, 2018, police arrived at 627 Lane Drive in response to a domestic disturbance. The victim, Joseph Crutchfield, told police that he and the defendant, Unique Holt, are no longer in a relationship together and he does not live with her but they have children together.

He went on to tell them that she and he began an altercation via text message where she said, “I’m going to fuck you up I swear to god I’m not lying.” Holt also said that she was going to show up to Crutchfield’s house and vandalize his car. This made him feel fear for his life since there is a history of her being arrested previously for assaulting him, according to the affidavit.

On May 19th, Unique Holt was arrested and charged with harassment. She was later freed on pre-trial release.
