27-year-old Jasmine Parker was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest at a Sudden Service for causing a scene when staff allowed her to charge her phone inside and then refused to leave when asked.

On May 4th, officers arrived at the Sudden Service convenience store located at 801 Briley Parkway in response to a disorderly female that refuses to leave. Parker went into a rage and began threatening the employees, management, and patrons in the store. Officers asked Parker several times to leave the property because management said that they no longer wanted her there so she was trespassing. She was taken into custody since she still refused to leave and resisted the police until she was handcuffed and removed from store.

Jasmine Parker was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. She was later freed on pre-trial release.
