Antioch woman lies to police about teen suspected of shooting homicide hiding in her house

30-year-old Ashley Weaver was charged with false report when the teen suspected in the death of Bradderick Seaborn was hiding in her home and she told a detective she hadn’t seen Tamon Collins since February.

On March 26th, Bradderick Seaborn was murdered in Nashville and four days later 19-year-old Tamon Collins was charged with his homicide.

On March 30th, Metro Nashville Police Detective Jesse Holt visited 1437 Bell Trace Drive to question Ashley Weaver about the whereabouts of Collins. Weaver told authorities she had not been with Collins since February 28th, when in fact the teen charged with Seaborn’s death, was hiding in her residence.

On June 10th, Ashley Weaver was arrested and charged with felony false report to obstruct or hinder. She was later freed on pre-trial release.

Despite Weaver’s efforts to conceal Tamon Collins he was arrested and charged on with criminal homicide on March 30th and is currently jailed in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
