Bellevue hotel guest becomes irate while banging on door; says he didn’t feel ‘comfortable’ staying there

39-year-old Jason Foust was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct at the InTown Suites and Extended Stay on Old Hickory Boulevard after he was reported for banging and yelling at a door causing a disturbance.

On May 22nd, Officer Soper was dispatched to the InTown Suites and Extended Stay at 255 Old Hickory Boulevard at 1:30 a.m. Following the officer’s arrival, Soper met Foust, who claimed to be uncomfortable in his assigned room due to other individuals staying there. After speaking with the hotel’s property attendant, officers discovered that Foust was pounding on the doors, screaming and being a nuisance to others in the suites.

Foust’s rage was rekindled when talking to police once more, becoming “irate” and screaming, per the affidavit. Soper observed that Foust had a strong scent of alcohol on his person and was stumbling throughout their interaction. After confessing to drinking most of the day, Foust was taken into custody for the disturbance.

Jason Foust was arrested and charged for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. He was later freed on pre-trial release.
