38-year-old Brad Tyree was charged with public intoxication, public indecency, and evading arrest after being reported for stumbling down Gallatin Pike and when officers approached, he pulled out his genitals and started urinating on the sidewalk close to them.
On June 15th, officers were called because the defendant, Brad Tyree, was stumbling around 3115 Gallatin Pike. They described him as clearly being under the influence of an intoxicant based on his extremely bloodshot eyes and incoherent speech.
He began stumbling and swerving in and out of the roadway away from officers when he pulled out his genitals and began to urinate onto the sidewalk. When officers told him that he was under arrest he ran and hid behind a building. Caught behind the building, he was placed under arrest for being homeless and having nowhere to go to be safe while in an intoxicated state.
Brad Tyree was arrested and charged with public intoxication, public indecency, and evading arrest. He was later freed on pre-trial release.
