40-year-old Seneca Webb was charged with domestic assault after pinning, scratching, and pushing his off-and-on girlfriend in a hotel room during a conversation about their relationship.
On May 31st, law enforcement received a call regarding a domestic disturbance at the Nashville Airport Inn and Suites located on 2425 Atrium Way. Upon arrival, officers made contact with on-and-off romantic partner Christon Faulk, who informed law enforcement about the nature of their relationship. According to the affidavit, Faulk had invited Webb to the hotel room so that a conversation could be had about their relationship.
When Webb arrived, Faulk confronted the man on alleged infidelity with another woman. Upon hearing this, Webb became angry and shoved her. The push incited Faulk to shove back, to which Webb replied by getting on top of her and pinning her on the bed. Faulk was scratched on the neck, arm, and leg region while attempting to escape, per report. Officers noticed scratches on the aforementioned regions when speaking with Faulk. After breaking free from Webb’s grasp, Faulk proceeded to call the police. Webb then fled the scene of the crime and was not present when law enforcement arrived.
Seneca Webb was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $1,000.
