34-year-old Michelle Tomas was charged with aggravated assault of an officer, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest after she danced naked on top of a stranger’s car and refused to get down when asked by police. While she was in the back of the police vehicle, she kicked out a window, tried to run, then bit an officer.
On June 18th, reports of a naked woman, Michelle Tomas, dancing on top of a vehicle at 2501 8th Avenue South required officers who had a hard time getting her down. She refused to listen to their requests to get off of a car that was not hers. After they finally got her off of the car and placed into handcuffs she kicked out a window in the back of the patrol car. The officer opened the door to ask her to stop and she tried to stand up.
He placed his hand on her shoulder to keep her down, she then bit his left forearm with full force. Continuing to resist she refused to get back into the vehicle until officers finally got her to stand still long enough to put hobble restraints on her. In the report, the officer said that the bite was bleeding with redness and swelling as well.
Michelle Tomas was arrested and charged with aggravated assault of an officer, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Her bond was set at $5,000.
