23-year-old Alissa Davidson was charged with domestic assault after her mother told authorities that she lobbed a wig stand at her brother because he left their shared bathroom dirty.
On June 1st, a physical confrontation occurred between Alissa Davidson and her brother James Davidson. According to the affidavit, Alissa became irate because her brother left their shared latrine filthy. Alissa’s response was to chuck a wig stand at James, it struck him in his leg.
Their mother advised officers that her daughter had initiated the altercation. James declined to prosecute his sister, Metro Nashville East Precinct Officer Michael Agee chose to do so on his behalf based on probable cause.
Alissa Davidson was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $1,000.
