41-year-old Robert Davidson, better known locally as ‘Rob Dee’, was charged with violating an order of protection when his dad told authorities that he was threatening him on Facebook, which is specifically prohibited in his OOP.
On June 24th, Metro Nashville officers were called to an incident where an order of protection had been violated. According to the affidavit, Robert Davidson told authorities that his son Robert Davidson Junior had been posting threatening comments on Facebook.

Mr. Davidson advised Junior had written “he will die a small death” and “sometimes have to spank you elders” as well as posted a “video of him murdering” his dad. The protection order was granted on May 19th, 2020 and is effective until April 9th, 2021. The OOP also specifically prohibits Facebook posts.
Robert Davidson was charged with order of protection/restraining order violation and his bond was set at $1,000.
