On May 24th, around 10 pm police arrived at 800 Mansfield Court in response to a domestic call and made contact with the victim, Nancy Cintra, who said that her boyfriend, defendant, Rally Pech, pushed her down and kicked her around noon that day. No arrest was made at that time, according to the report. The defendant said that they had gotten into an argument and Cintra took his phone from between his legs and jumped out of the car at a red light. He then told police that she threw his phone into the woods and bit him on the arm. Police stated that there were noticeable injuries. When he pushed her, he said that it was because she found a pair of scissors and tried puncturing his tire. Her account of the situation that she told police was that when they reached the red light he pushed her out of the car and kicked her, she then grabbed his phone, smashed it, and ran.

Rally Pech was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $2,500.
