45-year-old Od Keomuangtai was charged with theft of a vehicle after he was found sleeping in the vehicle in a parking lot with the door open, per report.
On July 15th, officers were called to 2214 Hobson Pike in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. Upon arrival, officers found Od Keomuangtai sleeping in the front driver’s seat.
Prior to approaching the vehicle, officers conducted a check on it and was able to determine that it was stolen earlier that day from Antonio Victoria. Officers then approached the vehicle and gave him verbal commands to exit the vehicle and was taken into custody. According to the affidavit, Keomuangtai had another outstanding warrant as well.
Od Keomuangtai was arrested and charged with theft of a vehicle. His bond was set at $15,000.
