When police arrived at the location, they observed Luvenia in her vehicle across the street. Officers noted that Luvenia admitted she had no legal reason to be there and that she was following Daniel, but didn’t realize it was against the law and just wanted Daniel to talk with her in order to get closure.

Upon further investigation, officers discovered there have been three reports taken over the past nine months with each of them listing Daniel as the victim of Luvenia stalking him. Daniel stated his concern that if the stalking continues, she will attempt to physically assault him.

Luvenia Curtis was arrested and charged with stalking. Her bond was set at $1,000.
